Terry Wollin
PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
Terry brings more than 40 years of experience across the oil and gas industry, with expertise spanning environmental services, water management, and process operations.
He has a strong ability to anticipate challenges within the waste, water, and environmental sectors, combined with a proven track record for advancing innovative technologies. Throughout his career, Terry has helped design, pilot, and implement solutions that have been successfully applied across the wastewater and waste management industries.
Terry’s combination of technical expertise and leadership experience has been instrumental in shaping Eximius into a unique environmental consulting and solutions group capable of serving major industries across North America.

Jeff Wollin
VICE PRESIDENT
Jeff brings over 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including two years in the field as an operator, where he developed a strong foundation in water management and process operations.
He began his business development career in 2014 with Varel Energy Solutions, quickly building a broad industry network through his strong work ethic, and relationship-driven approach.
At Eximius, Jeff plays a key role across operations, project execution, and business development, while serving as lead operator for trials and field projects and continuing to expand his expertise with the VelRay X filtration system.
He is committed to exceeding customer expectations by combining technical insight, industry experience, and strategic partnerships to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions.
