PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
Terry brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with over 40 years of navigating the oil & gas industry through different sectors including environmental, water management and process operations.
Terry has great foresight when it comes to new technologies and has built, designed, piloted, and implemented solutions that have been utilized in the wastewater and waste management industries.
Terry’s combination of management and technical experiences are key to Eximius’ unique ability to create a one-of-a-kind environmental solution-based consulting group that can service all major industries in North America.

Jeff Wollin
VICE PRESIDENT
Jeff brings over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including two years in the field as an operator, where he built a strong foundation in water management and process operations.
He began his business development career in 2014 with Varel Energy Solutions, quickly establishing a broad industry network through his strong work ethic and positive approach.
At Eximius, Jeff also serves as lead operator for trials and projects while advancing his expertise with the VelRay X filtration system.
He is committed to exceeding customer expectations by leveraging his technical knowledge, industry insight, and technology partnerships to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions.
