Terry brings more than 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with expertise spanning environmental services, water management, and process operations.

Recognized for his ability to anticipate challenges in the waste, water, and environmental sectors, Terry has built a proven track record of advancing innovative technologies. Throughout his career, he has led the design, piloting, and implementation of solutions that have been successfully adopted across the wastewater and waste management industries.

Combining deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, Terry has been instrumental in shaping Eximius into a distinctive environmental consulting and solutions firm, delivering innovative, practical solutions to major industries across North America.

VICE PRESIDENT

Jeff brings more than 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including two years as a field operator, where he developed a strong foundation in water management and process operations.

He transitioned into business development in 2014 with Varel Energy Solutions, quickly establishing a broad industry network through his strong work ethic and relationship-focused approach.

As Vice President at Eximius, Jeff plays an integral role in operations, project execution, and business development. He also leads field trials and project implementation while continuing to advance the application of the VelRay X filtration system.
